480ml/16fl.oz. Plain Yoghurt
30ml/1fl.oz Olive Oil
30ml/1fl.oz Wine Vinegar
1 teasp Dried Mint
4 Garlic Cloves, crushed
1. Peel the cucumbers and grate onto a plate. Set aside.
2. Place the yoghurt in a medium sized mixing bowl and whisk until smooth.
3. Add the grated cucumber, crushed garlic, dried mint, olive oil and vinegar. Season well with salt and mix to blend thoroughly. Serve cold.
